This depends on the product you purchased. If the doll is in stock at our CA/US/EU warehouses, we’ll ship it directly, and you can expect delivery within a week. If it's a customized doll or not available in our warehouses, it will be shipped from our factory in China. We'll keep you informed at every step of the process via email.
