My new doll has dents after unboxing. Are they from shipping or a production issue?

Light dents can happen when the doll has been pressed by the packaging during shipping. Let the doll rest naturally at room temperature first, as small compression marks may gradually recover. If the dents do not improve, become deeper, or come with surface damage, please send us photos of the doll, inner packaging, and outer box so we can check the cause.
